Description:

  • Support day-to-day network and infrastructure operations in a hybrid role.
  • Assist with deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network equipment in a colocation environment.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to improve network reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Located within commuting distance of Aurora, IL.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switches, and network fundamentals.
  • Exposure to troubleshooting tools (tcpdump, Wireshark) and scripting languages (Python).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to document processes.
  • CCNA certification or in progress is a plus.
