Remote Lead AI/Agent Architect

Description:

• Lead the design and build of an AI agent system for managing complex transaction workflows for large enterprise clients.
• Own the technical track, including agent orchestration, tool-use architecture, and human-in-the-loop protocols.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, or solutions architecture with experience in production-grade systems.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, tool and function calling, and state management.
• Proficient in Python (or equivalent), API design, and modern data stores like PostgreSQL.
• Experience in designing end-to-end solutions under operational constraints.
• Knowledge of human-in-the-loop governance for high-stakes domains.
• Preferred experience in commercial real estate, legal, or financial services.
• Practical experience in moving systems from sandbox to production.
• Familiarity with LLM code assistants and agile execution methodologies.
