As a Technical Lead Backend Engineer on our Debugger team, you will decode the complexities of blockchain infrastructure and develop systems that provide real-time insights.
You will lead the development of scalable cloud debugging tools and collaborate on backend services for internal teams and customer-facing applications.
You will take ownership of technical decisions that shape Tenderly’s blockchain infrastructure and ensure system designs meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
You will develop robust backend systems that support cloud debugging and blockchain infrastructure, transforming low-level bytecode into human-readable source code.
You will build capabilities for real-time transaction processing and create systems that enhance the stability and reliability of critical cloud services.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to design features that delight customers and solve complex problems.
Requirements:
You should have a track record of delivering scalable solutions for internal and customer-facing systems in dynamic environments.
You must be confident in leading technical decisions and taking projects from concept to execution.
A strong understanding of core computer science principles is required, with knowledge of compilers and low-level execution as a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams are essential.
Proficiency in Go, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is required, along with experience in decoding low-level bytecode and building cloud debugging systems.
An interest in blockchain infrastructure is important; experience is a bonus but not required.
Proven problem-solving skills to tackle performance, scalability, and reliability challenges, including validating and verifying source code, are necessary.
