Description:

Lead the architectural direction of the Tonsser backend platform as it evolves.
Drive the technical roadmap for a new flagship project and set standards for AI integration.

Requirements:

Significant experience as a senior or lead backend engineer with architecture decision-making.
Proficiency in Ruby, Python, Elixir, Go, or similar modern backend languages.
Strong opinions on API design, data modeling, and system evolution.
Hands-on experience or strong interest in integrating AI/LLM capabilities.
Experience in mentoring engineers and comfortable working remotely across European timezones.
Bonus: experience with consumer-scale mobile backends, GraphQL, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
