Remote Lead Cloud Operations Engineer

Description:

• Critical role in ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure.
• Responsible for administering and supporting complex production environments across AWS, Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and physical compute platforms.
• Proactively monitor systems, resolve incidents, optimize infrastructure performance, and support business-critical services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience in enterprise production environments.
• Strong experience managing and securing Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, and DNS services.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders.
