Description:

  • Lead Data Analyst focused on Growth and Experimentation at LawnStarter, a leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services.
  • Responsible for the experimentation program, including test design, statistical rigor, and readouts across various channels.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and familiar with dbt and Lightdash for building models.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experiment instrumentation, and funnel economics (CAC, LTV).
  • Ability to influence decisions without authority and work closely with Growth PMs and CRO.
  • Experience in designing experiments and ensuring data integrity before tests launch.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $62,000–$80,000 USD annually.
  • Fully remote position for Brazil-based independent contractors with flexible PTO.
