Remote Risk Data Analyst

Description:

• R2 is a fintech company focused on providing financial solutions for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Latin America.
• The Risk Sr Data Analyst will build, automate, and validate controls to ensure operational reliability as the company scales.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in a technical, data-driven role (risk/data analytics, controls testing, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and experience with Python for automation.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for dashboard creation.
• Ability to translate control requirements into automated checks and validation logic.
• Strong analytical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in fintech or regulated financial services is preferred.
