Description:

Lead the experimentation program focused on test design, statistical rigor, and readouts across various channels.
Own the acquisition-to-conversion funnel, shaping testing direction in collaboration with CRO and Growth PMs.

Requirements:

Proficient in SQL, Python, and familiar with dbt and Lightdash for data analysis and automation.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experiment design, and funnel metrics (CAC, LTV).
Experience in instrumentation and tracking for experiments, ensuring data integrity.
Ability to influence decisions based on data insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
