Description:

  • Lead Level 2 Data Center NOC Engineer responsible for technical leadership and operational ownership in modular, edge, and distributed data center environments.
  • Ensure uptime of critical infrastructure, lead incident response, mentor NOC staff, and support onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in NOC, data center, or infrastructure operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DCIM/BMS platforms and advanced L2/L3 networking troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret electrical one-lines and network diagrams; comfortable with shift work and on-call rotations.
