Description:

  • Serve as principal investigator on research using state longitudinal data systems and linked education and workforce data.
  • Collaborate with education, employer, research, and community partners to enhance policy and practice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading education research with administrative or longitudinal data.
  • Familiarity with state education agencies and state longitudinal data systems.
  • Strong quantitative skills (Stata, R, SAS, or Python) and knowledge of causal or descriptive methods.
  • Understanding of FERPA, data-sharing agreements, and IRB processes.
  • Ability to work as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US.
