Description:

  • Lead the development of NLP and LLM solutions for compliance and surveillance systems at Smarsh.
  • Analyze complex data to generate insights and create solutions in financial compliance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, compliance, and regulatory technology.
  • Experience with data science frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and NLP toolkits (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
  • Knowledge of machine learning principles, statistics, and programming concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a relevant field; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
