Description:

  • Join Sonatype as a Data Scientist in the AI & Data Science team, acting as an internal AI consultant and technical lead.
  • Focus on applying machine learning and generative AI to real-world problems, including security data analysis and developer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with data and AI libraries/platforms (e.g., Databricks, scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems and experience building ML or GenAI applications.
  • Ability to design effective LLM applications and workflows, and strong evaluation mindset.
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative software-development practices.
