Description:

Serve as the analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making in Rula’s Product pods.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to generate insights and recommendations for product strategy.
Translate broad questions into actionable research plans and communicate results effectively.
Model the impact of new features and drive experimentation to evaluate new launches.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with 2+ years in product analytics.
Deep understanding of product analytics metrics and ability to translate them into actionable insights.
Strong experience in A/B testing, including design, deployment, and interpretation.
Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks and data visualization tools.
Ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
