Description:

SOSi is seeking a Data Scientist to develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable data ecosystem for a DoD customer.
The role focuses on enhancing interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics to enable real-time information sharing and dynamic data integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or 7 years of equivalent experience in machine learning and predictive modeling.
Proficient in data mining, statistical modeling, AI-driven forecasting, and experienced with Python, R, SQL, and data science libraries.
Knowledge of data visualization, feature selection, geospatial analytics, and cloud-based AI/ML tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning).
Experience in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical testing.
