Remote Lead Data Scientist

Description:

• Lead the intelligence layer on top of the Unified Data Foundation (UDF) for Bloomerang's Giving Platform.
• Design and implement models, experiments, and measurements to enhance nonprofit fundraising effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of applied data science experience with production-level machine learning.
• Expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, predictive modeling, and strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML lifecycle management, including deployment and monitoring of models.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, preferably Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong curiosity about AI advancements.
