Remote Biostatistician / Data Scientist (Contract, Part-Time - Research Collaboration)

Description:

• Total Life is a behavioral health telehealth practice focused on older adults, with over 200 licensed clinicians across 49 states.
• The role involves leading statistical design and analysis for a research project on suicide-risk detection using longitudinal behavioral health data.

Requirements:

• PhD (or equivalent) in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in building risk-prediction models, preferably with EHR, claims, or longitudinal healthcare data.
• Knowledge of rare-event/class-imbalance methods and prediction-model reporting standards (e.g., TRIPOD).
• Familiarity with de-identified clinical data and HIPAA Expert Determination methods.
• Must be US-based and eligible to be named on a US federal research application.
• Prior experience with federally funded research (NIH/DoD) is a strong plus.
