Description:

Lead forecasting and optimization efforts within FlexEnergi's platform.
Design and deploy forecasting and optimization systems that shape product behavior and operational workflows.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, or quantitative engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python (or similar) and experience with electric load forecasting models.
Knowledge of constraint programming, multi-objective optimization, and time-series analysis.
Proven experience deploying and maintaining models in production environments.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
