Description:

  • Join the Music Mission as a Data Scientist focused on Discovery Mode, a tool for artists to find new listeners.
  • Collaborate with product managers and ML engineers to evaluate and improve models for personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data science with a degree in a quantitative field.
  • Proficient in measuring customer outcomes, defining KPIs, and conducting A/B tests.
  • Experience in evaluating machine learning model performance and collaborating with ML engineers.
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, BigQuery, and data storytelling.
  • Comfortable in a technical environment and able to communicate complex concepts clearly.
