Description:

  • Lead the Engineering team at Kayzen, a mobile demand-side platform (DSP) focused on programmatic advertising.
  • Build and scale the backbone of the global Real-time bidding (RTB) platform, handling petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of DevOps/system administration experience and 2+ years in a team lead role.
  • Proficient in Shell, Python/Java, SQL, and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet/Chef.
  • Strong understanding of load balancing, network performance tuning, and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; certifications in Unix are a plus.
