Description:

  • Lead Engineer for Circle's Analytics and Member Growth teams, focusing on onboarding, activation, and analytics.
  • Hands-on role involving coding, technical decision-making, and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing large initiatives.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to shape requirements and make independent decisions.
  • Familiarity with data/analytics infrastructure or growth/lifecycle product engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent).
