Description:

  • Join Ten as a Lead Engineer to design, build, deploy, and monitor scalable systems for millions of members globally.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with product, data, and platform teams to deliver high-quality software with a DevOps mindset.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python with experience in building and optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, K8s).
  • Experience with distributed systems, multiple data stores (SQL and NoSQL), and utilizing AI in software development.
  • Fluent in English (C2 proficiency) is essential.
