Description:

Lead UX activities throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on user needs and solution validation.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables aligned with product requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions.
Use user feedback and metrics to inform UX decisions and improve product experiences.
Advocate for UX best practices and provide mentorship to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Design, IT, or related field.
6+ years of experience in UX Design or related field, including leadership experience.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and design thinking.
Proven experience with wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.
Proficiency in Figma or similar UX/prototyping tools.
Experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
