Description:

• Oteemo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve high-quality applications and services centered on GraphQL APIs and TypeScript.
• The role involves setting technical standards, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers while being actively engaged in the codebase.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2–3 years in a lead or principal role.
• 3+ years of production GraphQL experience at scale, with familiarity in developer experience tooling (e.g., monorepo management, code generation).
• Experience in contributing to or owning a platform or shared service for multiple product teams.
• Open source contributions or community engagement is a plus.
