Description:

  • Lead growth marketing efforts focused on converting active free members to paid subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with Activation, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop and implement strategies for member upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in growth, conversion, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
  • Proven track record of personal ownership in driving free to paid conversions with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in product usage data and experience in shipping experiments.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to work independently to achieve targets.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $135,000 - $180,000 plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
