Requirements:

4+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations, with experience in shipping data products or AI systems.
Strong numerical skills, familiarity with Claude, SQL/Python preferred, and ability to operate independently.

Estimated base salary range of $190,000 - $210,000 USD plus pre-IPO equity package.
