Requirements:

Credibility and respect from senior full-stack engineers, with real technical depth.
Strong live facilitation skills, including pacing, energy, and handling off-script questions.
Experience in delivering multi-week technical training to software engineers.
Software engineering background with enough technical fluency to teach and answer questions.
Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or similar.
