• Responsibilities include preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, managing class dynamics, and collaborating with operations personnel for program success.

Requirements:

• CDCP® certification and fluency in Japanese and English.
• Experience in physical data centers, strong teaching and communication skills, and a learner-centered mindset.
• Empathy, flexibility, and a strong interest in data center operations careers; IT certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
