Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or applied AI.
3+ years of experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineering teams.
Strong experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and deploying models in production.
Proficient in Python and backend/distributed systems, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong English communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
