Remote Senior ML Engineer (LLM)

Description:

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, including pre-training, training from scratch, fine-tuning, evaluation, and performance improvement.
• Proficient in ML engineering with skills in Python, PyTorch, Docker, and production ML practices.
• Experience with model serving, inference optimization, quantization, GPU workloads, and tools like vLLM, SGLang, NVIDIA Triton, TensorRT, or TGI.
• Ability to build production-grade ML systems, not just research prototypes.
• Native-level Polish language proficiency.
