Description:

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in shipping production ML systems.
• Background in search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems.
• Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, and evaluating transformer models.
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch; familiarity with data orchestration tools like Spark and Airflow.
• Experience managing models from problem framing to rollout.
• Ability to design and conduct A/B tests to assess model impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
