KIEFER is developing Greece's integrated AI ecosystem, focusing on renewable energy, AI systems, and robotics.
The ML Engineer will enhance agent and long-context LLM capabilities for Kiefer Tech’s AI products, focusing on reliability in production.

Requirements:

3+ years of ML or research engineering experience with measurable results.
Hands-on LLM post-training experience in supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, or reinforcement learning.
Experience in building agent systems with tool use, multi-step execution, and error recovery.
Strong skills in model evaluation, failure analysis, and training data curation.
Proficient in Python and experienced with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
Experience in improving or deploying model-backed systems with an understanding of LLM inference performance.
