Description:

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions for commercial and government clients using modern .NET technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure applications using .NET Core/NET 6+ and related frameworks.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and Agile methodologies are followed.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.
  • Drive technical decision-making and approach complex problem-solving with innovative solutions.
  • Advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and projects.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong technical foundation in .NET.
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related frameworks for building enterprise applications.
  • Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of database design, Entity Framework Core, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Proficiency in Git-based workflows and software development lifecycle management.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring developers in a consulting or technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
