Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong technical foundation in .NET.
Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related frameworks for building enterprise applications.
Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Strong knowledge of database design, Entity Framework Core, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Proficiency in Git-based workflows and software development lifecycle management.
Experience with automated testing tools such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq, or equivalent.
Experience leading teams and mentoring developers in a consulting or technical environment.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
