Lead Ruby on Rails Software Engineer role in a well-established US education-technology company.
Responsible for architecture, design, and development of Ruby on Rails applications, mentoring engineers, and leading cross-team technical initiatives.

Requirements:

7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in Ruby on Rails.
Experience in designing and scaling APIs, distributed systems, and web applications.
Proficient with MySQL or other relational databases, Git, and modern CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical, debugging, and testing skills.
2+ years of experience in planning and executing cross-team technical projects.
Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
