Requirements:

3+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience.
Strong proficiency with Ruby, Rails, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture.
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases and background job frameworks like Sidekiq or Resque.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend application architecture.
Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and writing automated tests using RSpec or Minitest.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
