Description:

  • Lead Security Engineer role to manage and grow a small team within the Platform organization.
  • Own Canary's security and compliance program, including audits, policies, and risk posture for guest data and payments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in security engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with compliance programs (SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.) and strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud security, identity management, application security, and vendor risk management.
  • Nice to have: experience in hospitality, fintech, or payments; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
