Description:

Lead the quality strategy for mobile applications built using Flutter.
Drive mobile test automation efforts across iOS and Android, architect scalable automation frameworks, and introduce AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in mobile testing and automation with lead-level ownership.
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter-based mobile apps and testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso).
Excellent programming skills in Dart, Java, Kotlin, or similar.
Proven experience designing and maintaining robust, scalable test automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of mobile-specific challenges and hands-on experience using AI tools.
Experience with cloud device farms and integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
