Description:

HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system supporting agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs globally.
The Software Development Engineer in Test III (SDET3) will ensure quality and consistency in new releases, owning the test automation platform and frameworks.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software testing or automation for web applications or large-scale systems.
Proven expertise in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working knowledge of GCP or AWS for test infrastructure.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and integration testing.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., k6, Locust, JMeter).
Familiarity with observability tools and metrics tracking (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Strong debugging skills in distributed systems.
Solid understanding of system design and microservices architecture.
Preferred exposure to AI-assisted testing or LLM-based test generation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ownership-driven mindset with a passion for improving testing tools.
