Description:

  • Lead the technical direction of Alti, an AI agent product, focusing on scaling it into a core platform feature.
  • Own technical decisions, define standards for AI features, and act as a reference for AI across product teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering experience with a track record of owning technical decisions on product features.
  • Hands-on experience with AI products in the last 12 months, including LLMs and conversational AI.
  • Proficiency in Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
  • Autonomy in defining processes and a product mindset focused on user delivery.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
