Description:

Seeking a Tech Lead Specialist to guide a software development squad in transitioning to a platform-based architecture.
Responsible for technical decision-making, ensuring quality, predictability, and team autonomy in deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Architecture and development (backend, frontend, or data).
Proficient in Java 17+ with Spring Framework and microservices architecture.
Experience with AI in product development and daily engineering tasks.
Familiarity with Git, relational and non-relational databases, Agile methodologies, cloud architecture (preferably AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, Mockito, Jenkins, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, DataDog).
Strong autonomy, critical thinking, and decision-making skills under uncertainty.
Desired: experience in clean architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and advanced English proficiency.
