Description:

  • Lead technical strategy and architecture for a complex web ecosystem, including 140 WordPress sites and Drupal properties.
  • Provide hands-on coding and technical leadership while mentoring engineers and managing stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in WordPress and Drupal, modern PHP, SQL, and front-end JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong CI/CD and DevOps skills, with experience in hosting and deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and manage performance expectations.
