Description:

  • Lead a remote-first team of full-stack software engineers in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Drive technical direction and maintain high delivery standards for enterprise financial services platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a tech lead and 3+ years as a senior software engineer.
  • 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years with TypeScript and Node.js, and 2+ years with GraphQL.
  • Strong experience with AWS, SQL, and full application stack development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
