The role involves enhancing how software is built, tested, shipped, and operated for both human engineers and AI coding agents.

Requirements:

Strong software engineering background.
Experience in designing and building internal platforms.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and developer tooling.
Strong understanding of modern software security practices (SecDevOps).
Product mindset towards internal tooling, focusing on user experience for engineers and agents.
Familiarity with AI coding agents and their operational challenges.
Experience with e2e test frameworks like Playwright is a plus.
