Remote Lead UX/UI Engineer

Description:

• Lead the design and front-end experience of products across Red Cell and its portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with founders, product leaders, and engineers to prototype, build, and ship products from concept to production.
• Support Red Cell's Marketing, Brand, and Communications team with web development for digital presence.

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience in digital product design and front-end engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or related field.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind for building production frontend applications.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-native product experiences and development tools.
