Description:

Position: Machine Learning Engineer at Jaxon, focused on developing reliable AI systems to address AI hallucinations in corporate settings.
Location: Lincoln, MA or Remote; Full-time; US Citizens only; Direct Hire.

Requirements:

Proficient in Python and machine learning engineering, especially with NLP applications and unstructured data in cloud environments.
Familiarity with Docker, Python Data Science Stack (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit Learn), and web APIs; experience with model training and building ML applications.
Strong soft skills: ability to context switch, compartmentalize projects, and communicate clearly.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, or 5+ years of relevant experience; active security clearance is a bonus.
