Description:

  • Perform deep functional, exploratory, and customer-focused testing for new features and production issues.
  • Ensure system reliability, accurate functionality, and high-quality user experience across all workflows and environments.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in manual testing and solid understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Ability to design, write, and maintain clear and structured test cases (test plans and traceability).
  • Experience validating backend data using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with testing file integrations and workflow-based systems.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with developers, automation engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to support UAT activities and production hotfix validation.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
