Remote Microsoft System and Identity Administrator

Description:

• Seeking a Microsoft System and Identity Administrator to lead administration, governance, security, and operational maturity of enterprise identity and access management.
• Focus on integration and synchronization between Microsoft Entra ID and Workday, ensuring automated identity provisioning and access governance across Microsoft Azure environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) administration; 5 years preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra / AD; experience with Workday integration is a plus.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PIM.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
