Remote Nearshore Remote - Network Technician & System Administrator (T2) for MSP

Description:

• Provide remote help-desk and escalation support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, server, and network hardware.
• Build, monitor, and maintain client environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
• Configure and maintain secure connectivity across multiple sites.
• Monitor backups, security systems, and critical services.
• Write scripts to automate tasks and create training materials.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Professional English fluency, written and spoken.
• Strong networking fundamentals (subnetting, routing, NAT).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routers, managed switches, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and PowerShell scripting.
• Four-year degree or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum 3-5 years in similar roles, ideally at an MSP.
• Technical certifications (CompTia, MS, Cisco, ITIL) preferred.
