Description:

  • Responsible for making complex systems understandable and improving signal quality for faster debugging.
  • Monitor system health, triage alerts, investigate issues, and improve observability instrumentation.
  • Design and implement observability frameworks using metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
  • Collaborate with development teams and engineering partners for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering with AWS cloud platforms.
  • Proficient in AWS services: CloudWatch, X-Ray, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of containers, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
