Remote Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

Description:

• Join Oowlish, a rapidly expanding software development company in Latin America, as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
• Collaborate with clients from the US and Europe to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Heroku.
• Lead hands-on implementation efforts and improve cloud maturity across IaaS and PaaS environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Heroku).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and managing large, distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, ELB/ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda).
• Proficient in operating applications on Heroku, including pipelines and production operations.
• Solid networking knowledge and experience with private connectivity (AWS PrivateLink, VPC peering).
• Proficiency with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities.
