Description:

  • Fully remote role for Mid-Market Account Executive in the US (EST and CST time zones).
  • Opportunity to lead AI transformation in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Sell complex, full-platform SaaS solutions in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Work directly with the Founder and CRO to shape mid-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience, focusing on new client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market deals ($30K-$60K ARR) and meeting annual quotas ($1.1M+).
  • Experience in startup environments and selling technically complex software (CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and articulate personal sales framework.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
